Norman Aladjem
Norman Aladjem is a successful Hollywood talent manager and producer. As an immigrant child from Uruguay, he started with nothing but the support of his principled, hard-working family and a strong desire to make something of himself. Currently CEO of Mainstay Entertainment, a talent management and television/film production company, Norman has carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry. And now, an author.
Aladjem received his law degree from UCLA and his B.A. in English from CWRU. He
started his career as an attorney, and then segued to becoming a talent agent
before becoming a manager and producer. As a producer, he has produced several
feature films, including SIMPLE WEDDING, starring Tara Grammy, Rita Wilson, and
Shoreh Agdashloo; JIMMY VESTVOOD, starring Maz Jobrani and John Heard; and
FIREWALKER, starring Louis Gosse], Jr. and Chuck Norris. On the television side, he
is the Executive Producer of the comedy series BLACK JESUS, now in its third
season, and has served as EP on several comedy specials for Trevor Noah, Jenny McCarthy, and others.
Mackenzie Aladjem
Mackenzie Elizabeth Aladjem is an American child actress. She co-starred in the Showtime hit series NURSE JACKIE as the title character’s daughter, Fiona Peyton, for which she won a Young Artist Award. She was also nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble Cast in a Comedy. Mackenzie has had recurring roles in HAWAII FIVE-O, PARENTHOOD, THE MIDDLE, and recurred heavily on ALL MY CHILDREN as Miranda Montgomery. Some guest star appearances include CRIMINAL MINDS, GREY’S ANATOMY, WORKAHOLICS, CSI:MIAMI, BLACK JESUS, and ABOUT A BOY. On the feature side, Mackenzie was prominently featured as Ma]hew McConaughey’s daughter in THE LINCOLN LAWYER and starred opposite Kristin Davis in Lifetime’s OF TWO MINDS.
